Team Options: Make sure to use a faster, more reliable immobilizer with Tempest. 2 Strength 1 Speed focuses on damage whereas 2 Speed 1 Strength focuses on immobilizing. The last slot is either Eye of the Storm for Thunder power, or Storm Wreckage for unresisted power and a Daze to go with your Blind. Electric Surge has 1 CD and 45 Base Power, but it is an unresisted Stun, plus it can get an enemy you missed with Raging Thunderstorm. Flashing Strike may have a less 30 AOE Base Power, but it Blinds all enemies, which can be counted as a semi-Stun. ![]() Raging Thunderstorm not only has a solid 40 AOE Base Power, but it also Stuns all enemies. High Strength and Speed coupled with good Life makes him a good attacker, and his AOE Stun and Blind makes him very good at immobilizing. Tempest, in my opinion, follows Zyla and VoltaiK as the best Thunder monster. Runes: 2 Strength 1 Speed/2 Speed 1 Strength Shielders are good to protect Uria since he is somewhat frail. Dark monsters are good to deal with the tanky Earth monsters Uria will have a tough time(pun intended) breaking through, especially since he is weak against them. ![]() Team immobilizers are always good on any team. He already packs a serious punch, but extra damage is still never bad. Team Options: Damage steroids are surprisingly not absolutely necessary alongside Uria, unlike other damage dealers. 3 Strength Runes are necessary to maximize his damage. He also has a spread move, a very nice boost on a pure damage dealer. All his single target moves have over 55 power with no resistances, making Uria an absolute powerhouse. ![]() While all of this is sadly true, Uria does have some tricks up his sleeve that justify his use. He is also considered to be the worst general. General Uria is admittedly overshadowed by the almighty VoltaiK and Exo Skeel.
